Great place. The food is excellent. The staff are pleasant and the service is very good. It's a lovely wee place to relax and absorb the beautiful scenery while you eat. Would definitely recommend

Good place to eat. Even though it was heavy rain today the outside balcony was great. No dogs are allowed inside but the outside location was great. There was only us on the outside balcony but it was great.Good beer and good food. The Haggis bonbons were amazing. Highly recommend these.

Had a couple of trips to the Ropes whilst visiting my Aunt & Uncle in Maidens. Including surprise birthday drinks with rest of the family!Great service from the girls, especially Rachel, who were accommodating when we kept moving tables! Thank you for your patience Cocktails and wines are great and reasonably priced and the pizzas are lovely.It may be small but a really creative use of space and a nice outdoor area with beautiful views over Maiden's Harbour.Look forward to the next visit!

Rang to make sure it was dog friendly spoke to Peter lovely friendly guy.Arrived with our dogGreat place, small but lots outdoor since with Amazing views. We were served by ChloeWe each had a panini and a drink , very tasty great price.Would highly recommend for the friendly welcome , great food and excellent views even on a rainy day.We will be back on our next tripThanks Again

Great cafe/ bar that is licensed. The seating area is quite small inside, but outside, there are more tables with lovely views of the sea. The food is excellent, as is the staff who are friendly and efficient. Very reasonably priced. Well worth a visit if in the Maidens area.

Lovely wee place, with decked area to enjoy the view outside & they provide dog bowls for water. The food is well prepared, presented & tastes amazing.Highly recommend a visit.

Great afternoon sitting on the balcony looking across the water and the hills to our right. Weather was good service really warm and friendly. Been here many times and never let's you down. Menu not extensive but what they serve very good. Dog friendly big plus for us, don't know why more people allow this. Great Walks close by and a nice beach...
